Plot:
We already did the whole angels versus angels and mankind in grave danger of extinction in the prophesy movies, which i thoroughly enjoyed but in this supernatural action thriller Legion, an out-of-the-way diner becomes the unlikely battleground for the survival of the human race. When God loses faith in Mankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse. Humanity’s only hope lies in a group of strangers trapped in a desert diner and the Archangel Michael (Paul Bettany). It’s like the “Terminator” crossed with something John Carpenter would have done in the late ’70s and ’80s ala movies like “The Thing” and “Prince of Darkness”. That’s the best way to describe Paul Bettany’s upcoming “Legion”, a horror/action movie that the actor admits he sought out because it allowed him to play an action hero for the first time in his career. This is a bad ass trailer, enjoy.
